Rates

  • Special internet rates are only valid for bookings made through www.thewujilresort.com.
  • Rates are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), and billing will be processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
  • Room rates are inclusive of taxes and service charges, unless otherwise specified.
  • The prices indicated are per room, for the number of people and the date(s) selected, unless otherwise specified.
  • Additional services (additional person, airport transfer, laundry, some leisure facilities, etc.) are optional, unless specifically selected as part of the booking.
  • Room rates are inclusive of breakfast for two adults, unless otherwise specified.
  • Special group rates are available; please contact [email protected].
  • Please note that a group rate is indicated for a reservation of a minimum of 10 rooms per period.
  • Rates may change without prior notice.
  • Rates are dynamic based on our occupancy.

Best Rate Policy

This rate is non-refundable, non-cancelable and non-modifiable.  Once the reservation is made and the payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to changes in travel plans, cancellations, or early departures. Any cancellation or failure to arrive at our hotel will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value.

Additional Charges
An extra bed charge will apply for an extra person in a room above the number specified in the room description. Please note that a maximum of one extra bed is allowed in each room, unless otherwise specified.

Reservation

  • We recommend online reservations via our website as the fastest and most secure method of booking. 
  • All reservation inquiries will be replied to within one working day.

Amending Reservations

  • Reservations can be changed with prior notice, subject to room availability
  • We require 14 days notice prior to your scheduled arrival date for booking modifications.

Check-in and check-out

  • Check-in time is at 2 p.m. local time.
  • Check-out is at 12 p.m local time.
  • Early check-in depends on room availability, cannot be guaranteed, and may be charged.
  • Late check-out depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Late check-out charges depend on the check-out time; check-out after 6 p.m. is charged as a 1-night stay.

Cancellation, No Show, and Early Departure

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 25% of the first night’s room rate. The remaining balance will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% charge for the first night’s room rate. The remaining balance will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made within 3 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% charge for the first night’s room rate. The remaining balance will be refunded.
  • Guests who do not arrive on the booking date (no show) will be charged the first night’s room rate. The remaining balance will be refunded.
  • Guests who check out earlier than the reserved check-out date will incur an early check-out charge equal to one night’s stay. 
  • Refunds normally take approximately 14 working days. 

Children Policy

  • We classify children as aged from 0 to 11 years old.
  • A maximum of two children may share the parent’s room, excluding the Family Room for 3 children under 11 years old.
  • Children ≤ 5 years old eat breakfast for free, while those aged 5 to 11 years old get a 50% discount from the adult’s price.Full breakfast pricing is applicable for all children aged over 11 years old.
  • Baby cots are available at no cost but are subject to availability. Please notify our reservation department in advance if one is required.

Hotels Facilities
Some hotel facilities are free, and some are chargeable. Please check with us to avoid any misunderstanding.

 Force Majeure

The Wujil shall not be responsible for any failure to provide accommodation or any other services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, or any other event that disrupts normal hotel operations. In such cases, no refunds or compensation will be provided.
